 Course Learning Objectives/Outcomes
 By  the end of the course, the Counselor, Marriage and Family Therapist, Social Worker or Psychologist will be able to:
 -Explain the duty to notify patients.
 -Name three acts that are grounds for denial of a license or disciplinary action.
 -Explain how can an unlicensed person practice juvenile sexual. Only persons who hold an active license and meet the requirements may practice juvenile sexual offender therapy.
 -Name three conditions where privileged communications may be waived.
 -Explain which offenses the Board will deny an application permanently when an applicant has been found to have committed.
 -Name three effects of the psychologist-client relationship.
